We sell our raw, premium-grade, certified organic Macadamia nuts in bulk in four standard kernel ‘styles’ (sizes):

	Style 2 Whole and half kernels	Popular mix of 50% wholes and 50% halves
	Style 4L Large half kernels	Minimum 70% halves not less than 13 millimetres
	Style 4S Small half kernels	Minimum 25% halves 7-10 millimetres
	Style 5-7 Kernel pieces/chips	Mix of pieces sized 3-10 millimetres

Packaging

Our nuts are available in 11.34 kg (25 lbs), vacuum-sealed, heavy-duty, foil bags to maintain their freshness. Each 10 kg foil bag is packed into a cardboard carton sized 37.5 x 23 x 23 centimetres (14.75 x 9 x 9 inches).

Roasting and flavouring

For large bulk orders, macadamia kernel can be roasted and flavoured, and packaged in a range of different bulk or retail forms. Popular flavours include dry roasted and lightly salted with sea salt, honey, caramel, chilli, and wasabi.
